I'm using CFX_captcha in BlogFusion. I need to assess the others, but when I added captcha support to BlogFusion a year or two back, that was the only one that could be redistributed and worked in ColdFusion. http://www.emerle.net/programming/display.cfm/t/cfx_captcha While the text placement is a bit tricky and options are thin, it's been bulletproof for a long long time now.
