I am trying to trigger a form on a different host by calling the response page using the full url i.e http://www.domain.com/subscribeResponse1.cfm?email=emailaddress&listid=1
You create a form or equivalent in your site A, but in the form's action parameter you provide the URL to site B's action page. If you want this to all happen behind the scenes without leaving site A, then look into the CFHTTP tag.
