If I'm not mistaken, joe's model-glue 2.0 unity framework will be entering beta soon. That has scaffolding of create/edit/delete/list interfaces for objects in the database (and uses reactor for the data layer by default). That might worth researchign more, though I don;t think it's publicly avaliable yet.
