FWIW, I'm not saying I *CODE* that way, though I should.  We all 
*SHOULD*.  I just don't like tacking on init() calls to the 
createObject() calls.

And yet then I'm perfectly happy to write javascript code that looks 
like this:

document.getElementById('foo').style.display = 'none';

Which is basically donig the same thing =)
