I doubt you'll find any official comparisons, since Oracle's license precludes them if I recall correctly. In my experience, there are so many variables that can contribute to which driver will perform best for a specific application that there are no hard and fast guidelines. As a result, I simply use the DataDirect drivers if they work, and try other ones if they don't.
