This is a common problem with software that was made by humans. :) People want everybody to use their software, and thus they don't like to advertise their software's weaknesses. I, for one, am very impressed and will use software that has documented weaknesses, but it's extremely rare. I'm guilty of this too. I'd be pleased as punch if /all/ CF developers used CFQuickDocs, but I know it's got drawbacks (Ex., funky formatting in some result pages).
