Ennywhooo, I'm about finished with my Eclipse 3.2RC7 walk-thru, covers my favourite plugins, WTP, and maybe running CF within eclipse... but for sure up to WTP and the SFTP plugin (which is a little un-intuitive to use for most folks, btw).
