No. Once you send HTML to the user-agent of a visitor, you have no control over 
it anymore. With the proper caching hints (see RFC 2616) you can tell a 
user-agent not to cache the page, but a sufficiently determined visitor can 
always display the previous page. His browser, his cache, his choice.
