When you do a cfhttp request, it does it on the server side. There is nothing that gets shown on the browser. If you're using an https url, it should be secure. If you want to show a browser lock to your users, you will have to use https on your server (and if you're not, then their data is not secure, even if you're passing it to secpay over https). Also storing cc's in your database is a bad idea, as it opens you up to all sorts of liabilities.
