Hi Andy, Don't have much info about classes...however if you were able to catch the specific errors when they happen and then report them to this list, I bet the smart folks on here could help out tremendously.
Can you give some more details about your setup -- are you managing a public facing shared hosting setup with a number of different folks running CF sites on your servers? Or is this some sort of intranet setup?
