Hello Ian

It's really not that hard, given I managed to get things working using
CF5. Yep, I'm one of those lucky souls, working a day ahead of /most/ of
you and yet, somehow, I'm still behind the times!! I wonder if that just
got Rick F's sympathy vote.

My biggest problem was finding a reliable and accurate source of data
.... which yahoo isn't, but it's close enough for my requirements in this
particular case. I'm pretty sure that's mainly due to my geographic
location - an issue that wont affect too many on this list.

Anyway, I did notice from this page
http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/NZAA.html
that it also references dates/times in the same way i.e. 2006.06.19 2300
UTC (it's Tuesday lunchtime here), but at least it tells me the format
(UTC) so I'm sure that would convert easier (with locale maybe??) than
yahoo which just gives a string in certain areas. For example:
<yweather:forecast day="Mon" date="19 Jun 2006" low="1" high="10"
text="Mostly Cloudy" code="28">

p.s Rick, good luck with the apache/CF7 reinstall!
