So any ideas as to syncing up the video and what is displayed on the
screen.

I'm assuming it is something wrong with my system since I haven't seen
any complaints about this problems before.

There's no built-in mechanism for copying a Breeze Meeting recording to
your
computer. Because it uses streaming media, there is no obvious local
cached
file for you to dig out of your browser cache, either.
