That happened to me a coule years ago.. I used to have AOL for testing purposes and I finally called to cancel, and I'm pretty sure this quote was lifted from *MY* conversation: "No. I just don't use it, I don't need it, I don't want it. I just don't need it anymore" They finally did cancel my account.
