I have tested your code under both CF6 and CF7, and I get "1200.15" in
both cases.
CF5 is protesting that "Parameter 1 of function LSParseNumber which is
now "1200,15"
must be interpretable as a valid number in the current locale"
But when I changed
<cfset setLocale = "Spanish (Standard)">
for
<cfset setLocale ("Spanish (Standard)")>
it worked as well under CF5.
This is the correct way to use the SetLocale function anyway, may be you
should give it a try.
I'm even surprised it worked for me under CFMX.
