Im building an automated email response system (yes its still that adoption/foster app)
what I'd like to do is cash any email i send out to the clients, which get sent out automatically as their data changes... IE new contact (welcome email) Recient Homestudy Approved (congradulations email) if not trained (set up training reminder email) Contact wants info on a child (child info email) if not trained (set up training reminder email) you get the idea. Should I store the entire email for future use... or just store the template and fields sent? Which path would you take and why? Im leaning twards storing the entire thing. But ill need to report on what where when why and how of each email. and the fields sent anyway.
