The installer checks to verify that CF 7.0.1 is installed. It's a requirement for the "update" installers.
There's also a "full" installer available if you're not running Server or "Multi-srever" configs in a J2EE deployment scenario. See the Release Notes for more details. (If you are running CF 7.0.0 in multi-server mode, you can first run the CF 7.0.1 Updater, then the CF 7.0.2 Updater, or uninstall/reinstall the full CF 7.0.2 kits.) HTH!
