Why don't you use windows remote assistance to connect to your clients
machine and view the problem for yourself.

I'm aware of that, which is why I asked the question. We only have one
client at one location experiencing the problem. I was hoping that my
specific problem might trigger off some specific products like: "I've seen
that happen with product XXXXX."

Can you give some specific examples?
