Try holding down the ctrl key while deleting. It could be that they have a small limit on the file size for testing purposes. If that is the case, you won't be able to delete (or more correctly, send to the trash bin)until you make the file smaller by permanently deleting. I ran into this problem with Outlook XP when I hit max file size for the PST file.
