We used Siteminder many years ago in order to support PKI cards for sign on. Seemed like a great idea at the time, then people no longer had to log onto multiple sites, it just picked up your PKI card and you were in. Actually seen provisions for PKI logins within our CFM framework but never tried it to see if it relies on other programs to be installed. Now days though they all want to manually log into any system and just still use their LDAP login credentials.
