Yeah that kind of makes sense... if you sign up with them it's either for a 6 month contract or 12 Month. Even if you use them for one day they will hit you with a fee of some type for canceling. Most large company I come across does this. But I understand there should have been some type of letter or notice on what they were going to do.
I looked up their record also and they have a C Rating which is pretty good.
