If you were interested in building your own, you could start with CFOpenChat (www.opensourcecf.com/cfopenchat) CFOpenChat is just a basic chat room app written in CFML and Ajax. To actually turn it into a live support app like LivePerson, you'd have to do quite a bit of work. Zion Software was a CFUNITED and they do have a support app but it's primary technician interface is an instant messenger client, while the front end uses ajax I think. Worth looking into.
