Alright Neil how is it going. I did not take it but I did study for it for a month before getting a job, and man it is tough. It is designed to trip you up at any corner you need to memorise syntax and all. You have to do the standard before progressing to the Enterprise.
I personally think it would be worth it to prove credibility of Java knowledge, a lot of what you will learn to pass the exam you will never use in the real world, although you still can't beat comercial experience in my opinion.
