Ravo's example works, I've been using that method for quite awhile now with no problems. One thing to note, I couldn't get this working until I set up a "Non-SysAdmin job step proxy account". You can do this by selecting the properties of the SQL Server Agent then choosing the "Job System" tab. You have to un-select the "Only users with SysAdmin privelages can execute CmdExec and ActiveScripting job steps" and then enter an account. Do some Googling on this though, as it can be a security risk in some envrionments.
