The right tool for the job.

And choosing the right tool often also includes factoring in price.

For my consulting, all of my clients are small businesses.  Anything but
Access would be over kill.  I would burden my clients with unneccessary
costs to go with SQL Server or Oracle. And none of the hosts I work with
offer MySQL.

Access has never failed me yet.

My coding has failed me (which I can fix), but I've never had a problem with
Access.  My most trafficked site (50,000 page views per month), and the one
with the most database queries and the most datbase uses, has been rock
solid -- and fast.
