That would be fine. It hasn't been a big deal for me to just turn off the
services, but I'd rather not have them installed in production environments
if I don't need them.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by an admin service. Do you mean a service
that can manage the CF service, instead of using the CF service to manage
itself?
