Just out of curiosity, can't any 3rd party offer such an agreement/contract?


I can see how it would be a PITA to track down 1000+ developers to sue, but
I don't see how this prevents some random company from taking the heat, so
to
speak, for whatever tech they're pushing, "open" or not.

Or does it not work that way?  I've always wondered...
