So, we have footprints installed here for our helpdesk, and our help desk manager wants me to use their SOAP API: http://www.unipress.com/footprints/webservices/ to make a more user-friendly front end. But, the URL listed in the documentation (if I'm reading it correctly), returns a blank page: https://footprints.uwex.edu/MRcgi/MRWebServices.pl
I'm confused. I thought that even if a SOAP service didn't return a wsdl, it would at least return XML. Am I mis-informed? I haven't done much with SOAP, so I'm still investigating.
