I can't speak to the capabilities of Coral Web Builder but I can tell you that here at New Atlanta we have a program for standalone CFML web applications deployed on BlueDragon. Given the proper business case, we will negotiate significant reductions in licensing costs and/or arrange other compensation schemes such as monthly royalties.
