Glad you found a workaround.

I caught this after but wanted to mention I did this with a Helpdesk app on
a linux server. I piped an email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to a php script. when
mail was received on that email it would run the script and open a ticket or
respond to a ticket.

I havent done it on Windows or CF but Im sure there is a way. Do some
digging on piping email
