Glad you found a workaround. I caught this after but wanted to mention I did this with a Helpdesk app on a linux server. I piped an email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to a php script. when mail was received on that email it would run the script and open a ticket or respond to a ticket.
I havent done it on Windows or CF but Im sure there is a way. Do some digging on piping email -- ~Eric ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:249350 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
