This works up until you need to store data about those days in between.

Attendance is one that will get you, but there's also "special" days, maybe
holidays, maybe the event ends early on a particular Tuesday...

I was just really glad I'd stored them individually later on, when stuff got
more
complicated.  ESP Normalization paying off. ;-)

A cool feature I rather like is export to the iCal format.  Keep that in
mind,
all you calendar builders.  That might effect how I'll structure my next
one...

Build in support for iTIP and iMIP or whaaatever those are.  Oh yeah...
That would be cool. =-]
