your going to want to use RTF. the easiest way to create an RTF file on the
fly is to first create the template in word, save it as RTF and then view it
in CF Studio (or some other text editor). replace the areas in the template
with dynamic code where necessary and you should have it. mind you, i make
sound easier than it necessarily is, but that's the basis of the whole
thing.
