I have no problem creating simple PDF documents on the fly, but I've had a request for an application that will allow the user to select multiple documents, and when you hit "download", combines them all into one PDF with bookmarks for each separate page.
Combining the docs doesn't seem to be a problem. Any pointers on how to create the bookmarks on the fly as well? What if the docs are PDF to start with and just need to be combined with bookmarks?
