ColdFusion needs to be stopped to delete any Jar files/hotfixes.

What's the best way to memove old hotfix jars from the lib/updates folder?
I was able to delete the old updater jar after restarting CF, but still get
an error when trying to delete an old hotfix jar saying the file is in use.
