Actually, my comment was more based on my experiences living in a Quebec, 
Canada (French for all of those that don't know).  But, some of it is based on 
our conversation, Paul.

Agreed.  I have yet to devise an elegant solution for all of this.  I need to 
take another peek at things for BIDI support et al.  However, things like 
paying gigs are taking priority - I wonder why? ;-)
