I have a BUNCH (200 or so) of text files of around 500 lines each that
are in very precise format as far as character position. I need to
combine these text files into a smaller number of files. I would like to
get down to around 10 files.

So, I need to go to the directory where the files are stored, grab a
file, and append it to the cumulative file. I presume CFFile is the way
to do this.

I see in the documentation that it is quite easy to add "Hello World" to
the end of an existing file. Can someone give me a quick example of
grabbing one text file and appending it to another?

CFMX7.02 on Win2k3, and yes, the files ARE on a web accessible directory
on the server itself.

THANKS!
