After 2 hours of persistent sarcasm and generally bad attitude it was 
discovered that the error handling is awful and the documentation is even worse.

A support ticket raised was largely ignored and it was only after I searched 
for Kevin's email address on whois that I finally got a reply worth having.  
The Fusionzone support system on line is next to useless.

Kevin, you have a seriously BAD atitude problem, you should get someone else to 
do your support if you don't like people!

It actaully was the customers fault that the software did not work. After 2
