After 2 hours of persistent sarcasm and generally bad attitude it was discovered that the error handling is awful and the documentation is even worse.
A support ticket raised was largely ignored and it was only after I searched for Kevin's email address on whois that I finally got a reply worth having. The Fusionzone support system on line is next to useless. Kevin, you have a seriously BAD atitude problem, you should get someone else to do your support if you don't like people!
