They recently reworked how the paths work for user accounts...
theoretically adding the first letter as an extra "directory" will allow
easier
addition of servers (one for each letter)...

FYI, I signed up for one of these accounts, and though their servers might
be slow, the thing works. It's handy for those of us who don't have a full
blown
server setup at home to develop stuff on. :)
