Rob's book from O'Reilly is in my opinion the best out there, and it is targeted at 6.1
Unfortunately O'Reilly decided not to follow this up :( To be honest though, now that the CF docs are vastly improved, plus all the blogs and mailing lists, the book market (for CF anyway) is becoming somewhat redundant (in my opinion).
