Subject: Java objects not regenerating?

So I'm creating java class files and instantiating them with the cfobject
tag. So far everythings good. But what I'm noticing is that sometimes when I
make changes to my class file ( and recompile ) I go to refresh the
coldfusion page that calls it, and the new methods do not appear.

Does CF hold a version of that object in memory? how can I refresh it?

On another note...
I've also noticed that my created methods show up when I do a dump of the
java object. But when I call them I get an error method saying that the
method does not exist.

Any ideas?
