I'd agree with that for the most part. It's certainly never been a big problem 
for me not to have it. It's kind of a pain to do since they have requirements 
you have to meet (such as including echeck capability) that many sites really 
don't need. It may be useful for some carts to get listed on their site....a 
customer just signing up with them might use that list to search for compatible 
carts. But in many of those cases, they don't have a server with ColdFusion and 
so can't use a CF cart anyway.
