Ok, I figured a work around. The previous code was right out of the book and should have worked but it didn't. So I looked on and decided to try it another way - with an array.
Here is the code I used: Coldfusion: <cfset ar = arrayNew(1)> <cfset ar[1] = "#qTestName.testName#"> <cfset ar[2] = "#qPrimaryKey.primaryKey#"> <cfset FLASH.result = ar> Flash: output.text = "You have successfully passed the " + result[0]; Remember... in Flash, the array values start at "0" even if your array starts with "1" in Coldfusion. Hope this helps others ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:252440 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4
