Actually, ANY string can be a list with Len(yourlist) different delimiters.

The string "1234" actually has 4 possible delimiters, 1, 2, 3 and 4.

In my mind it was a list only if it had a delimiter. So 1234, is a list with
one item (if  Is elect , as the delimiter) but 1234 is not a list just an
ordinary string.
