+1 for Navicat, it's pretty nice. I've spent years using SQL Svr Enterprise Mangler and Toad and now I've been on MySQL a lot the last couple of years and Navicat seems to be about the best **for the money**. EMS SQL Manager is really nice as well, but it's about twice the price or $415 for the Enterprise bundle.
