The principle is that if they're willing to steal a logo, perhaps they wouldn't have an issue using licensed sources to create their software or something else that would be considered shady.
A companies actions defines its values. If I went to that site to find USB software and needed to pay with a credit card, I'd walk because of that stolen logo.
