Wow, I just started researching this exact log message myself yesterday
and haven't been unable to uncover anything. It has to be in an XML file
somewhere!  I don't believe it has anything to do with an MS Update as
we've been seeing this message for a year now with no new updates
applied to the machines.

I'll continue to look for the source and let you know if I find it, and
would love it if you let us all know if you find it as well.

CFForms that have been happily working for ages on my sites,  and work
fine on my Dev site are suddenly broken on my production sites.    Can
