In all my edit templates, I transmit the id of the record I want to work on. When adding a new record, the id will be 0 But I still make the same query WHERE itemId = #id#. If id = 0, CFQUERY returns an empty query, but all fields are defined with empty values. -- _______________________________________ REUSE CODE!
