Trey, Eclipse does have proxy settings. If you are usng windows, you need to change the properties of the shortcut to Eclipse. The target would look like:
"C:\pathToEclipse\eclipse.exe" -Dproxy.httpHost=www.proxy.com - Dproxy.httpPort=8080 You change out the www.proxy.com and the port. Is your 1.5.07 in your class path?
