Ahh, you have to classic deployment control problem of people wanting new 
feature or bug fix, without any downtime.
Sometimes this can be done (if all your objects are in the session, and 
recreated fresh during login, it may work), but sometimes (like if a core 
object like the ReactorFactory changes) a reboot is going to be needed :-/

I can see you are working on getting some sort of procedure/process in place, 
hope it isn't too much work as the benefits are obvious.
