Im already running into the problem of getting them into a txt file.
I was thinking outlook would do it, so i busted out windows but after bout 5
minutes working on it i was ready to shoot myself....

Somewhere on a old hd or bu disk i have a program that will export it nicely to
a txt file, just gotta find it and hope it still works a bit.

i got a fully loaded macbook pro so it should handle whatever i throw at
it(which might be a dell and xp pro in about 5 more mintues!!, duck mac duck!)
