I doubt that there is an IDE devoted to 'AJAX' since it's basically a recently adapted term for a collection of old JavaScript functions and methods for accomplishing tasks asynchronously.
Cutter uncovered a JavaScript IDE that looks promising in the recent thread about favorite add-ons and plug-ins though. I haven't had a chance to put it to the test but it's called Aptana (http://aptana.com/) Apparently it offers hints and help with CSS and HTML but seems to be focused more on JavaScript. If you try it out, feel free to let me know what you think about it.
